The Massage
The massage begins with a rather vigorous scalp massage that includes the neck and shoulders. Utilising pressure points around the temples, face and head along with short flicking circular movements of the scalp.
This massage goes beyond relaxation too. Stimulation of the scalp actually stimulates opioid release in the brain which produces profound states of pleasure and pain relief. Thus, we often include Indian Head Massage with our other massage services such as our Deep Relaxation Massage and sleep-like-a-baby massage.
